Brigida Mack is an engaging and dynamic communicator. She has spent nearly two decades honing her skills. First, as an award-winning TV news anchor and now, as a motivational speaker, host and content creator.
A native Charlottean, Brigida has carefully built her brand - a unique combination of authenticity, credibility and an engaging personality. As a result, she’s amassed a large following in the Charlotte region (and beyond) and is known as someone people can trust but also connect with them on an authentic and personal level.
Over the many years of her career as a broadcast journalist, Brigida covered the 2007 Virginia Tech mass shooting, the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, more than half a dozen hurricanes and even an earthquake in Central Virginia! She has interviewed former President Jimmy Carter, the first woman to serve as Secretary of State Madeleine Albright (over froyo, no less!), CBS This Morning’s Gayle King as well as noted celebrities including Rachael Ray, Jeff Daniels, rapper/actor Common, actresses Sissy Spacek, Rosario Dawson and America Ferrera, along with comedians John Witherspoon, Pauly Shore and the late Charlie Murphy.
The N.C. Associated Press honored Brigida in 2012 when she won its "Best Series" award for her heart-warming series, "Pass 3 On."
She strives to encourage, uplift and educate others not only with her powerful and engaging content on social media but also whenever she serves as a speaker, host and moderator.
She is also a dedicated mental health advocate and impassioned about helping others commit to an active and healthy lifestyle.
In 2013, Brigida founded her "TeamNOSugar" 30-day challenges. She transformed her life and health, by giving up processed and added sugars and committing to her physical and mental health. Along the way she’s inspired thousands to join the movement and change their lives on “TeamNOSugar.”
